To begin your Muhdo health journey, download the Muhdo App from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/muhdo/id1279667555) or [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.muhdo.app\&hl=en_GB\&pli=1) store depending on your device.

* Create your Muhdo account
* Purchase a DNA or Epigenetic Kit

Once calculated, the test results will be released to the Muhdo App.
