# Muhdo User Experience

Our community maintains complete control over their data, deciding whether to contribute to scientific research and benefiting directly through the [Muhdo Earn](/muhdo-web3/muhdo-earn.md) rewards system.

Our token-based rewards system allows users to earn [$DNA tokens](/muhdo-web3/usddna-token.md) by achieving health milestones, engaging with our [AI health coach](/muhdo-labs/ai-health-coach.md), and securely sharing data with researchers and commercial partners using smart contracts to ensure seamless administration of rewards.

To begin your Muhdo health journey, download the Muhdo App from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/muhdo/id1279667555) or [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.muhdo.app\&hl=en_GB\&pli=1) store depending on your device.

* Create your Muhdo account
* Purchase a DNA or Epigenetic Kit

Once calculated, the test results will be released to the Muhdo App.
